Comment | zahi commented on Question on the Course

Thank you for your answer, as from the staff here nobody seems to be interested in this forum, not even the creator of the course (don't know if he sill works for RIO).

That sounds not fine, als I suspect, that the solver charts and graphs are the main part of nearly every video, am I right? If so I probably will not get the course and search elsewhere, as I'm not interested in a course, where most of the information is nearly not readable (even not on a big monitor).

According the Launchepad: Yes you are right. I got it with a 25% discount, so it was okish, but it really seems mostly to be just a PR-thing for their expensive course and there is nothing in-between there. So tbh.: Not sure what to do. I rather don't want to invest that big (especially because I was not convinced on the Launch Pad and I'm even not sure if the step is too big for me) and it seems you nearly have buy the pokermatrix too, if you want to take the most out of the more expensive course, am I right?

Sucks somehow...

Is alternatively thougt about 2.3 months of essential membership (i think i have one open from when i bought Pete Clarkes Course, and watch some Videos of the learning paths, but most of the vids are rather elite or many years old.... hmmmm...

Post | zahi posted in Courses Forum: Question on the Course

I startet with PLO (played FL up to 0,5/1,0 and NL up to NL 25 before) and after a longer break, where I only played the one or other day, I got involved in PLOP 6max and quite like it. ATM I play arround on PLO2 Zoom and regular (which seems really easy for me), and read some basic infos about PLO. Now my plan is the following:

JNandez Book "Mastering Small Stakes Pot-Limit Omaha: How to Crush Modern" and PLO 2 until I have the BR for PLO 5 --> Upsing PLO Launchepad for getting ready for and pass PLO 5 --> From the ground up PLO --> for getting ready for and pass PLO 10 and maybe (we will see) beyond.

My Question: Is this a realistic plan an does it make sense? Is the right order (JNandez --> PLO Launchpad --> FTGU PLO) and how do the three ressources, that I want to use, overlap or complement themselves?

I would be very happy to get feedback and thank you already now for your hints and feedback.

Greetings from Vienna!

That's a question I'm asking myself too So if anybody has experience with the course pleas make a statement. I btw. have read Moshman and Shaw, so I am interested if that course will help me.

Ah, and what software do you recommand in this course? At the moment I just use PT4, which is obciously not optimal for SNG.

Hand History | zahi posted in NLHE: [NL2] on Stars AKs --> Turnplay: call or shove?
Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (5 Players) BB: $9.64
UTG: $2.39 (Hero)
CO: $1.66
BN: $3.06
SB: $1.98
BB is a 39/21 and has a 3b of 7 (but I only have around 150 hands of him.
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is UTG with K A
Hero raises to $0.06, CO calls $0.06, 2 folds, BB raises to $0.26, Hero raises to $0.65, CO folds, BB calls $0.39
Preflop is pretty standard...
Flop ($1.37) 8 J T
BB checks, Hero checks
I have a lot of equity (Gutshot, BD-Flushdraw, 2 Overcards) and do not want to get raised out of the pot. So i decided to check behind.
Turn ($1.37) 8 J T 3
BB bets $0.66, Hero
Now the big question: Call according the pot-odds oder shove and put pressure on him?

Which stakes (micros) will you offer at PLO and NLHE? Will the site be avaible in Austria?
