i am sure this is one spot you see everyday, but to be honest, i dont know what is correct play here.
SHould i stack this off against weaker regs / regs on nl10 or is this just exploitative fold ? Any suggestions ?

agree with you preflop/river part :)

OTF, if the player is tight preflop and folds as many hands on 3bet as he does, why would you cbet against strong range that looks like 99+,AQs+,AKo ?

i dont think that calling turn is "really close". Against 1/2 pot sizing and range mentioned above with doublegutter, overcard and implied odds, i think we have definitely ev+ call.

as played i would fold otr, i dont see people on these stakes to bluf with smthng like pair and blocker enough and even if he shoves some sets here, its still fold imo

wp ! shoving is imo definitely more profitable. Most of time if he wanted to bluf he would bet the turn.
anyway i dont think that his 4bet sizing is small, seems pretty standard to me IP.

+1 to 3betting this pre, but it depends on your overall strategy ofc

OTT to be honest i am not sure whether will be more ev plus to bet or not against unknown.
I would prefer checkback because i dont see any hands in sb flatting range we can get vlaue from (except draws ofc) and we wont fold almost anything better (only 99 sometimes).

i think you can not fold against this sizing. Sometimes u will see boats here, but sometimes something really stupid.
imo another thing which is importatnt to realize about stats is that we have sample only 40 hands. So the 48/4 can be very inaccurate (of course he wont ever be a reg but he doesnt have to be as passive as stats on small sample shows).
