I think you played that well, but unless there is any reads on the BTN player I would have raised the turn for value/making him pay for more the river. (AJs AQs AKs) are comfortably in the territory of the player with 16/6 range. That being said the stats being over only 50 hands [which you were good enough to point out isn't really enough to account for variance etc] I would have raised the turn 2x so that the tight player would probably fold AJ which is the main hand to be worried about. Then again this is my first time trying to analyse a hand and could be really awful.

River is a lead, he's often going to call with worse [bluffcatcher draws like AKs or AQs] and pocket pairs. It would suck if he had AJs/o and was slowplaying it, but I think that's only one combo to be worried about so you should probably have lead out for 60% pot.
