Rival dependent...
It´s sure that i should bet pretty large.
I like the overbet in this spot OTR If he is a player that want to control the pot playing oop and make hero calls bluffcatching, in live games there are a lot of this guys...

I always see two players at HS when they play, OtB and Iceman, and obviusly Sauce too.

Yesterday i saw this hand...

I would like to know What do you think that OtB thinks in this spot?
The only think that i have in my mind is that he is exploding the other player thinking that he will overfold and the only bluffcatcher that can easily call is 88 Q8s and AQ, and he blocks thats combos...

But i really dont know... When i saw this hand i really open my eyes :P lol...

In the other hand that he call you with K9s, why you said that he is capped? I think that you are overbluffing a little...

I really prefer check behind flop this hand with 2nd pair + bdFD, only valuebeting vs QT and some FDs. And like Disharmonist said, only 1 street value.

What 7x do you have? Really a few only... 97s with the x/c flop, i dont think that you x/c with 87s, i prefer bet that hand on flop.
I think that if you have strong hands are flush, and some QJ that you can mixed betting or checking flop.

Flop i prefer bet with QQ vs a villain that fold 42% 3bet, BUvsBB, but you can mixed.

As Played, blocking QJ, and flushes with the Qs, i think that is not crazy to jam, if he can bet/folding sets. His line looks like a value heavy with bet/x/bet, we only win vs some combos of Jacks. I dont know if he will take that line with AsX.
But if you x/c Flop, x-x Turn when the flush come, and x-jam river, think that you have to do this line with flushes. I prefer this line when OTF the T or 9 are of other suit, not the 2, because you can easily x/c flop with a lot of pair+FD, and you have more combos of flushes at the river. When the T and 9 are the suits OTF you have less FDs that x/c Flop.

But this is my opinion, let see what said who knows :)

Good luck ! And sorry for my poor english =P I hope you understand all what i want to said :)

Lol !! KQo so sick... I dont think he is a good REG if he do that call...
But if i am hero, i dont know if i raise flop being IP. I think that i call my strong hands too. (TT, 99, 33)... Maybe i raise T9s because is a little more vulnerable.

I like to x/shove 87s for bluff... But in this line Bet FLOP, x/c TURN and x/shove RIVER, what are we represeting with this line OOP, we will play our sets like that?

Why a K is better for hero? I only see KJ or KK on hero s range, he will never double barreling KQ or AK or KT in this board.
I am agree that the villain dont have Kx in his range but i think that hero doesnt have more Kx than villain.

Thanks for your comment.
Yes like it said, i think that i prefer x/c Flop... And i agree with you that i should bet with this size really polar. AJ/JJ, not AQ

Sept. 29, 2015 | 3:40 a.m.

I dont know if he will bluff his busted FDs because when he had FDs i usually i will have Ax heavy for a bluffcatcher... but for other way i dont know if he will resign his hand and dont shove his FDs so i should call if he do that.

Hi Ben,

minute 28: 74s why not chk raise bluff river? if you think about it, it is the bottom of your range when you play call flop chk turn chk river, plus you have some really good card removal effects against the calling range to your chk raise. You have the seven blocking 2 rivered pairs, and the 4 blocking some 45 that decided to chk turn and you have some backdoor flushdraws and 45 in your BB calling flop range that can be clear value raises on the river (or do you always lead the river? I think a mixed strategy is necesary).

If you think about not raising river as a bluff with this specific hand, which hand do you think might be better for bluffing (can not think about many because I would lead them as bluff most of the time otr)? Or you would never chk raise value on this river?

Thanks for your time :)
