You're charged $99.99 minus a pro-rated amount you paid for Essential. For example, if you bought Essential and upgraded to Elite on the same day, you'd be charged $75. If it's one day before your subscription ends, it would be nearly the full $99.99.
Let me know if this isn't clear enough.

Happy to read you're excited about something like this. Yes, these stakes will work. So far, we're still lacking the HH/engagement we were hoping for, so give us the boost we need. :) GL on the tables!

Thanks for kicking this off, @brainer. :)
I'm not a PLO expert, so I'll leave this for others.
One thing I do recall Phil mentioning recently is that the value of low double-suited connectors goes down a ton in live environments when pots are mostly multiway.

As we've continued to get more requests for live PLO content, we've decided to try to gather some hand histories from our members, and once we have gathered enough to cover a video, we'll see if we can get one of our coaches to review them.
Please drop your hand histories in this thread. Please include the stakes, stack depth, and any other relevant information.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. :) I'll address each comment below in the order you listed above.
Adjustable anonymity: This is an interesting take. I think I generally like the idea. I have a couple of concerns with this, though. My main concern with forcing players to change their name is how it would be perceived over a long period, specifically for a recreational player or someone who doesn't play that frequently. It might be a pain to always log in and have to change your name. Another concern would be with players trying to duplicate or copy someone's name from days before. We could blacklist usernames for given periods after they have been used, but that also gets tricky. Plus, players could still make the same name but with a number or small variation. I'll share this idea with our idea, and we will explore it further. Thanks!
More graphics: In our latest release, we've added additional felt colors and card backs. If you right-click on the felt or the card backs while at the table, you can change these. As far as avatars, we plan to add more soon.
SNG Player Count: We've received quite a few requests for an SNG counter or a built-in tracking system to our Discord server, which we offer for our cash games. The suggestions have been passed on to the team, and we are discussing them further. I think adding the number of players in your queue is enough. IE: if you're alone or another person is waiting with you at the given stake.
Longer tracking on SNGs: Another popular request so far. I've added your suggestion to the ticket we've created for further discussion on this.
Rake: I'm not our rake expert, so I'll pass your feedback onto the relevant team. Our Legends program does come into play, as players will be receiving rakeback for all their SNG efforts. In the future, we'll also be introducing SNG promotions that should help with this.
Preflop bet buttons & bet slider: I agree that we could improve our preflop bet buttons and bet slider. I'll bump this with our team.
Gamification, graphics, promos: We have a few fun ideas planned to help with this. This is always a fun subject to brainstorm, so I'm glad you've mentioned this. Another item I'll bump with our team for further discussion.
Ratholing: Dynamic Avatars, names, stats, and notes will remain on all players for four hours. If you were to leave the table within this timeframe, when returning, you would appear as you did when you left.
Hopefully, these responses will suffice. I look forward to hearing any additional comments or suggestions.

Last week, Phil Galfond shared another post outlining our plans for our Sit-N-Go offering, SNG Select! If you have been waiting to grind tournaments on Run It Once Poker, you'll want to check this out!
Quick take from Phil:

Hi loki, sorry to hear you aren't a fan of Splash the Pot.
With our current rewards structure, players earn 30% rakeback from Splash the Pot, and a varying (10% - 45%) from our Legends rewards program. Which means players earn 40% - 75% rakeback every week, before factoring in additional promotions.
On top of our standard rewards, we run various promotions every week, where players can earn extra rakeback. For example, last week we ran Double Down Hours, where we matched all Splash the Pot winnings with cash for eight hours every day. We effectively offered 60% rakeback via STP for eight hours every day + our standard Legends rewards. Players could also earn an extra 5bbs up to €5 for winning with 72 in NLHE or trips in PLO.
This week, we introduced the first-ever Run It Once leadRboards. There are seven separate leaderboards, and we're giving away over €10k in total. With the introduction of leadRboards, we saw a significant increase in traffic.
If only listed examples from the last two weeks, but as mentioned, we run promotions that offer extra rakeback on top of our standard STP + Legends rewards every week. With all this said, I can confidently say we have a serious rakeback offering, that imo is much better than PartyPoker.

Phil bounced from yesterday's losing session, and matched Venividi's profit from yesterday. During today's session, Venividi got out to an early 80k lead, but Phil powered back winning nearly 1.5 buy-ins. Check out the highlights!

Hi, to unlock access to Essential content for the third month, you'll need to complete our Clubs rank for two weeks during weeks 5 - 8 on the site.
To do this, 600 points are required.
Keep in mind you'll earn 5 Level-Up boosts during this time totaling 190 points.
So you'll actually need to earn 410 points. Also, keep in mind, you can earn points every day by just logging (10 points) and playing your first hand (15 points).
The exact amount of rake required will also vary depending on if you play 2 or 3 handed.
Assuming you only play 4+ handed and only play one day during the week, you'd need to earn 385 points (410 - 15 - 10 = 385), you receive 1 point for every 0.05 in rake, so you need to rake €19.25.
Please note, this is with the minimum daily boosts and no shorthanded boosts.

Late update here, but we've had two recent YouTube videos go live.
First, we released a video from one of Phil's recent Twitch streams where he jumped back into the $10k HU PLO Zoom pool. To no one's surprise, his return went quite well.
Secondly, we released another episode of The Rake. In this week's episode, Jamie and Marle discuss a variety of topics including Andrew Yang potentially joining Joey Ingram for a podcast, the topless dealer scandal at the Battle of Malta, and updates on their upcoming poker plans.

Unfortunately, Swedes are still not allowed to participate in our games. Initially, we thought this would be one of the first additional licences we would obtain, but we ran into some trouble due to Splash the Pot and our rewards program. Currently, we don't have an estimated date on a resolution, but we'll be sure to update everyone in this thread if and when we have an update.
