Any thoughts on procrastination Nick? I don't remember you touching on the subject before.

Good video, thanks Daniel +1 for a part 2 (vs Btn?). How much work do you put in a week on this sort of thing a week? Would you recommend starting on spots with fewer combos (ie. vs CO rather than BTN)for simplicity, or spots which happen more frequently (ie. vs BTN)?

Finally, when PIO'ing a scenario such as Btn v SB 3bet pot on a K63ss board, nearly everything on the flop is some sort of mix. How would you recommend getting value from PIO here? In your example on a dry board it was a bit clear cut, but with bigger ranges it is so hard to replicate?

What are the sort of areas in which the population imbalanced/exploitable??

Hi Tyler, great video, thanks. What work do you feel that CREV is more beneficial to use than PIO? I have started to wonder if in certain areas, PIO mixes so much that any EV gain from the solution is lost in inaccuracy in implementing it.

Hi Nick, great video.

How come the turn bet went from 28% bet 230 to under 5% when you removed the option to shove?

Phil Galfonds crev analysis of a flop decision after 3betting was awesome, that as the caller as well and a couple of different board textures... (one being Axx) :)

Nice vid, fish almost like watching a game from 2006, would love to know the time this was played! Lots of 500nl videos on here so nice to see a 200nl offering considering a lot of members play it, as you say.

Whats your thoughts on tackling these games as far as preflop 3betting is concerned? Some seem to have taken the ultra high 3bet approach (not just from the blinds), others are keeping it a lot lower (ie. 3b of 3-4$ v utg with 10% CO-BTN).

Finally... still walking while playing?

I assume your HUD is HEM, are those popups (when you hover over a stat) manually added? Any name for them? Cheers

I can see the benefit of having set hero ranges in GTORB when studying and implementing in future scenarios actually. Thanks for the reply Nick, I do have a follow up question. How do you go about deciding what an optimal 3b/4b/5b frequency is? Proving to be a sticking point, and guesswork for me at present.

Cheers

Nick, if I'm understanding the above correctly, would that mean that you can 3b/c5b, or 3bet the same ranges versus everyone if you play it optimally? In your other video I seen you had defined rangers for 3/4betting and facing 3/4betting by position. Does thart mean you use the same base model (while making adjustments to exploit) against all opponents? Such as 3betting/call4b versus an UTGopen from CO whether they open 20 or 50% and whether they 4b or fold high or low?

I just posted a question in general poker (if you come across it that would be awesome) and this would go some way to answering.

Post | centgas posted in Chatter: Constructing 3b/4b defense ranges

Any opinions on the best way to go about constructing ranges to flat 3bets and 4bets? I'm talking about OOP, although any thoughts on IP would be welcome. Should this be as flexible as the opponent is in terms of his 3bet or 4bet range? To take extremes, some will 4bet only AA, some will 4bet 10% of their BTN open range. Or can they be pretty specific versus many different opponents? Flatting 4bets oop has been a bit of an unknown for me, and not that common in 3bet situations either, which is obviously losing value. I 3bet, IP Villain 4bets, I'm there with JJ, 66, AQ, half lost and end up spewing off stacks or folding too lightly. or CO-D I 3bet/c4b w/KJs and watch me get towned on 6xx or Kxx. Not sure there is any videos on this subject? When I've got more insight on ranges, I can get working on some trees etc.

Thanks

24mins A5o on 943rQ, would it be acceptable to randomise this by c/ring when we have the As here, or randomizing it 80% of the time we have A5o with the As?
