I like the idea of this. For this piece:

how do you determine high frequency spots verse low frequency spots?

I need to put this on repeat. Over. and Over. and Over. and Over. I continuously make this error where my ego says "AK good, AK call" and then a blank comes on turn and I end up crying call because of pot commitment or crying fold because that is what I should have done in the first place. These 40% type that don't have an aggro PFR don't typically bet here unless they have SOMETHING, regardless of how crappy it may be. Thus even more reason to fold.

Thank you for a video on an American facing site and especially one with "unknown" players where we can see how you gather reads and make decisions based off bet sizes.

Apologies if this is redundant, what is the tool you are using to populate the bet size based off % here?
