I agree with that. I think most people play only one game. For example; I only care for PLO content. But that's just the way it goes. I never watch the NLHE stuff but I still get 3/4 essential PLO vids for $10, still great value.

Makes sense. Thanks for answering. I think essential is great value, I was just wondering.

The gap between $10 and $100 is pretty big. I was wondering if there are plans for some sort of 'in between' option? Like 'essential plus' or 'premium' for like $30/$40. I would be interested.

You should keep it simple. Mine is vpip/pfr/3bet/agg%/cbet/turncbet/foldtoflopcbet/foldtoturncbet/.

'Getting it in' in 3bet pots. Especially on the flop. Alot of midstakes player say that a big weakness of small/microstakes players is playing too passive/weak in 3bet pots so this would be great to cover. I prefer postflop stuff over preflop in general.

With dp like 7788 you do block a couple of straight combo's if you flop a set on certain flops.

As a side note; I think posting less hands in a short time gets better discussions and is also better for other users who also want responses.

Weird. Leakbuster from HEM seems pretty good , I thought it was practically the same.

Do people really have an 'F' game? I thought C game already is super unfocused and semi-tilting. F-game is playing drunk after you found out your wife is cheating on you and you can't pay the rent for the next coming three months?

Post | p1ndakaas posted in Chatter: Essential PLO content per month.

I've noticed some months have about 3/4 essential PLO vids per month, while other have 6. I'm not complaining or something, I still think 3/4 videos for 10 bucks is great value, but is there a reason behind this or is it just 'variance'?

I only play PLO10 but big donkbets on the river are soooo often big made hands that I still call way too much.

Yes I still have alot to improve. I only played 41k hands lifetime and still consider myself a bad player. So obv no crushing graphs yet

My BTN graph. A little under EV as you can see.

Well I can just 'run bad' on the BTN? Samplesize is 41k hands total so about 7k hands on BTN

What's a decent samplesize for winrates per position? I'm losing from the button (-3,56) but at my 41k samplesize it's only 3 buyins. Should I worry?

Or maybe you should even call more raises from the SB when there are 2 or more players in the pot. Like Axs hands and JJx+ hands.

3 is for me the biggest one. If I'm truly honest to myself I lack concentration and autopilot way too much, even on just 4 tables. I have to force myself to focus, concentrate and think at least more than 5 seconds on each move. I realise more and more how hard that is :S

Hand History | p1ndakaas posted in PLO: PL10: set drawheavy flop 3way linecheck
SB: $20.12 (Hero)
BB: $5.80
HJ: $14.36
CO: $10
BN: $8.70
BN is loose 46/15/0. Seems bad. BB is 77/3/0 so obv. bad
Preflop ($0.15) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt J K 5 J
HJ folds, CO folds, BN raises to $0.35, Hero calls $0.30, BB calls $0.25
I tend to call JJxx+ hands when chance is big to get multiway vs bad people.
Flop ($1.05) J Q 8 (3 Players)
Hero bets $0.75, BB calls $0.75, BN raises to $4.01

Oh sorry my bad

Nov. 18, 2013 | 6:35 a.m.

If you are calling pre but fold on the flop, what do you hope to flop with this hand? If you call a 4bet pre 100bb deep you have to stack off on the flop if you hit anything or don't call at all IMO.

Nov. 17, 2013 | 6:57 p.m.

Ok I thought calling topset 2 streets with so many draws out there seems a bit callstationish.

Nov. 17, 2013 | 10:21 a.m.

I think this is well played. Getting beat by a higher FH in a 3bet pot is just a cooler imo. Do we think villain played correct here?

Nov. 16, 2013 | 10:47 p.m.

Hm that's for me also difficult. Some say you should call a 3bet 100% of the time in position because equities run close. But if you are opening almost any2 on the BTN as a steal you should obv. fold the bottom of your range vs a 3bet. And I know a general leak of many players is to call too many 3bets OOP but that's another topic. I THINK you can call here. And why you think flop raising is bad?

Nov. 16, 2013 | 5:30 p.m.

Lol this is a standard open on the BTN when folded to, even when playin TAG. I open this any day in this situation and have 24/18 stats.

Nov. 16, 2013 | 4:09 p.m.

So on what kind of flops do you stick it in with this hand?

Why not 3bet this hand pre?

Edit: whoops old topic.

Nov. 14, 2013 | 2:15 p.m.

I agree that 53/19 players usually have low agression frequency so ch/shove isn't always possible. On the other hand, it sometimes seems that players at PLO10 love to bet when checked to instead of checking behind. But maybe that's just me not believing villains.

What would we do if we bet turn, get called and river comes a 9, T or Q nondaimond? Check/fold?

Nov. 14, 2013 | 2:08 p.m.

Even the yellow line isn't flawless. It sometimes happens that because of villains weird betting that you get 99bb's with 70% equity on the turn, he rivers his 1 outer, you put your last 1 bb in, he wins with 100% equity, EV line goes down.
