I would like to see someone breaking down rake from 5 NL and all the way up for cashgames. Zoom vs regular tables. And including rakeback. And for a number of sites, to compare it. And then deleiver it, so it is understandable for the recreational player. That would be something. And also accordingly, I use PT4. There different stats for rake, and I have never been able to figure out, what they exactly means for my game. For example: I have played 56,268 hands on 5 NL on Stars this year. I have won 144,63, which is 5,14 BB/100(My C All-In Adj is 140,33 - so running slightly good). But then I got 4 numbers: My C Rake Taken:$ 1121,44. My C Rake Share:$ 196,76. My C Rake Attrib:$ 161,91. My C Rake Contrib:$ 148,90. What can I make out of these four numbers? And which one is important to me, for example to figure out which site, is best to play on?
Hope for a video, or a good answer.....and of course Gaucan wil be trolling me with in his perfect English!!!!

I will take that advice: get it in and pray for the best!!!
Not trying to be an idiot, just thought it was a little funny.

well, I play mostly cash. But I feel I can recognize, what you are going through. My way out of it was to review a ton of hands after every session. Mostly first thing the day after. To figure out exactly how bad I was running(pretty often it really wasn't that bad). It also made me think hard about taking better lines in common spots and I got a ton of notes on my opponents. But it was hard for me to get that routine going, because what I wanted the most....was to get back and get even.

Hi. You make some great river bluff...overbetting and check raising. You of course have good reads, boardtexture vs villans range, blockers and so on. But when we watch this video it feels like, it happens all the time. But what frequence would you say you do this with?

make sure you have a non poker related thing, that makes you happy. If it´s a 3 mile run, a swim or a bikeride......just make sure you have something outside poker, that makes you happy. So maybee the dog is a good advice.

I can not figure out....
If an opponent stab the flop, and then follow up on the turn......is the the turnbet considered as a cbet in PT4?
And on the same level, if an opponent check raise the flop and then follow up on the turn?
Just thought, that someone arround here know that. So hope for a answer.
Regards
Jens.

yes Zyzz. I totally aggree in your opening ranges there. And that was just my point. But i also like a check behind in this hand. Because if the Draw goes in, it wery disguised.

@Zyzz: shuffing the turn with 10 high, i still dont think it´s a good idea to open 9 10 suited from MP. But when you do i think it´s ok to cbet and call the XR, but when villan call the flop 3 bet, i think his hand is pretty well defined to 2 pair or better. I just talk out off experience. I would also have a hard time to get away 6 Moth ago, but then i started to break Down hands like this, so instead of getting in to too many of these spots, i just think it is better to cut them out. At least as long as we play these kinds of stakes, and have quite some focus on volume. But okay, that´s just my opion.

Yeahh, what is the problem here? he probably shows up with a full house, right? and you are drawing dead. But i could be wrong! But what i wanted to say...when you are not able to get away from your hand, then it´s not a good hand to open from MP.
But i like your blog here, keep posting...and keep playing body.
