Hi peaceandlove. Thanks for youre suggestions and wise advice. I actually went to my first yogaclass this weekend and it feelt really good, so now I will do yoga at least once a week.
You are totally correct about putting moore focus on things that I can have control over, fe playing as good as possible. My weakness is that im aware of that and still cant help my feelings exploding from time to time.
Maybe some moore meditation and yoga can help!

Cheers and good luck with everything!

oh and forgot the axs combos that he might betfold.
What do you give the betfold villains range?

Hey YashN. First of all, thanks a lot for youre answer and youre time. And you are actually very right on the fact that I didnt read the book1 to deep or gave it too much heart. Maybe sometimes after grind a halv our here and there of the chapters that intrested me.
Now after youre post I will for sure read it like I will study before a big exame.

Thanks and wish you the best of luck!

obv a chipev+ shove, but also thinks it plays better by flatting.

I like this line a lot. We can have a good range on c/s here and also we can get villain to fold hands that obv beats us.

Call pre (not loving it) PA usually VI range is about JJ+ here. Call flop, fold turn is fine. If you dont have crazy stats on villain.

Hi everyone! This is me, becoming more and more tilted during grinds. Ive now orderd part 2 of Tendlers book and that might help, thought the part 1 was just OK.
Do you have any tricks or recomendation how you keep youre head up during an mtt grind?

I usually grind for 10 hours, and at least 5-6 times during the grind I get REALLY frustrated and angry. Fe; If I have a deep run and bust on a normal flip I get bit tilted and then have hard to motivate for the new mtt that just started and tend do then not play my A-game.
This cant be normal? Would apprecaite some advice and inputs alot!
Best regards Crav

Thats what I want my body+brain to be. Grind non stop, at least 12hours a day 6 days a week. Im trying and suceed in about 2montsh, then I get in a bad mood and supertired during my grinds, feel like depressed. Have anyone same feeling?

Do you guys have any good miraclecure for it? Or some good advice for a collague? Maybe some "machine" storys about youre own grind that can motivate etc.

Much appreciated.

Thanks for youre responses guys. Ive now grinded with S&T and im starting to like it. I have a hotkey for fold, and that makes a looot. But now when you talk about tn2 im intresting, maybe try that aswell. I guess you cant programe it to fold certain range of hands automaticly? That would be pretty useful..

@JerseyGrinder23  I agree, and I play on a ordinary computer with 3x24inches monitors.

Hi everyone. I play about 100mtts per day. Mostly 25-30 tabling in 10 hours. Ive today tried stack and tile and it seems to be a powerful tool (dont know if this is forbidden pr or something:(). Im wondering what you grinders out there use? And which one do you consider best, stack or table ninja, or something else?

I read in the columns that Espen recomends 1000abi, and I agree with that. Specially on pokerstars where the mtts has a lot of participans.

One thing tho thats is very hard to get a good understand in is when you climb in mtts. If youre abi is fe 5$ and in one year it is 20$abi. Question is then if you should remove the 9tabling to 6-7 instead? Does anyone have any input or toughts about that?

Button should have a rf range here. This is close, think AJs+ going in. If we all had 20bb this is a snap.

Sept. 30, 2014 | 4:42 p.m.

ez fold. going with aqo+ajs+88+

Makes sense, and youre high pp, you wont turn them into bluffs? Or you have them in youre c/c c/c-c/f range? Cant that be exploitable? If you check call thoose one street, fi can just continue barrel you away.

But im curius on youre GTO size. How do you know that sizing is optimal in that spot?

Sept. 30, 2014 | 4:37 p.m.

So you are fine with having very little bluffs on this turn, and not making some valuehands to bluff instead?

Sept. 29, 2014 | 2:33 p.m.

my sizing: 200-240-520-1120

dont like the turnsize, makes youre range look lot stronger imo.

Nice, thanks for the advices! Will definately try that kind of music. Lately my sound on the computer havent worked so ive played in silent, bit boring =)

And also im a crazy bankrole nit, it helps. Cant imagine playing with a couple of hundred bi, would eat my brain alive :P

You are right, I tried it this grind when I was ai couple of times and thought of youre words and it feelt good. Thanks

Is there any graph or something on hm2 that counts the allins? On different site? Im on my tournament winning graph now, but doesnt make sense..

Thanks for future help!

Fold pre. Otherwise I hate this spot. Happens every grind, I go call turn and call bricks on river and busto.

First of all. THANKS for youre input guys, very appreciated! Im just trying to develop my stupid brain that cant think clearly. I actually dont wanna have this emotions while grinding. Sure, I understand its hard to not care when we loose a big flip in a deep tournament. But the issue is the whole picture.

Sorry, but dont really understand how you mean when how I dont understand variance? Cause I think I do =) But variance do increase while playing vs tougher oppnents. Poker puts me in pain, but I love it so much <3
