lately i have been fooling around some with sngs playing turbos and and hyper turbos. for turbos i have been playing the 9 mans and hypers the 6 max. I've noticed that the rake is close to half the amount in the hypers compared to the turbos. My question is what are the realistic differences in roi's between the 2 formats. half the rake seems pretty significant and im curious what people think in terms of whether or not this makes the hypers more profitable over all or if the higher variance of the hypers nullifies the benefit of a lower rake.

i have recently made the switch from focusing on hu plo to 6 max plo. I have made it my goal to reach Supernova elite playing 100 plo(for now) and am looking for someone to potentially grind with throughout the process. hoping for someone or maybe start a group of grinders where you could share insights, ask questions, vent frustration, or whatever during sessions. would be cool to help motivate one another to push forwards and reach your goals whatever they may be.

If anyone's interested let me know!

I realize this is kind of a noob question but how do you convert your HM hand histories from sn's to hero/villain?

I cant tell if this guy is serious or not. Is he really tring to ask what are some situations that make folding the best hand good? how can you overplay the best hand? Tam are you trying to ask if maybe you can play the hand in such a way that that you dont have to get it in 60/40 flipping pre and get take advantage of a bigger edge by playing flops???

My first thought regarding a blocking bet was that i didnt like it. However the more i think about it the more i do actually like it. the blocking bet can easily be interpreted as a medium flush itself so i think its pretty reasonable to assume we are only getting raised by strong flushes. Especially if our read is that he doesnt bluff a lot. Also never underestimate a weak players inability to fold sets to these small blocking bets. Often times weak players will make a frustration call with a hand they are upset at. I always love giving my opponents the opportunity to make bad calls.
