Thanks for the answer. :)

Are you definetly sure about austria? Cause i know that there live a lot pros, but why is a lawyer saying that it isn't legal then >.<..

yeah you should allways save money and don't spent everything..

((PS - You declare poker winning, not income ! ( phrasing matters maybe) ))

What do you mean?

Hey guys, im 25y old and live in Germany.

I beat currently the midstakes 100-600nl ( i play all tables when they are running )
Last few months i made about 7,5k a month with rakeback (~100k hands a month) and im just unsure what to do now.

I guess i have to leave Germany in order to live from poker without doing illegal stuff..

But where to go?

Austria?

I heared in this german podcast (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xj_W3kKMEso) that Austria also take taxes on Poker, so i don't understand why so many people moved to austria to make a living by poker.
Maybe someone from who's currentl living in Austria can give me some Info.

Malta?

Relatively far away from Germany and ofc mainlanguage is NOT german (^^) - thats a big problem for my Girlfriend. :/

I saw that they have also taxes for Poker, but i've read a post on 2+2 that the most poker players just don't care.. But why? should be illegal right?

Any infos?

Would be great if some midstakes/highstakes player or just any Pro could give me some infos how they live..

thanks in advance!

So hes overbetting the river slightly so we need little more then 33% otr. if he has TT(1),44(3),22(3) we need to find 2-3 bluffs to make our call +EV. Am i right?

Hi Guys, Atm im playing a bit with crev, and im really unsure whats the best solution here in this particular hand.

Hope you guys can help me.

After some thoughts from my site i guess my fold OTT is to tight and we should call and decide the river.

Here's the Hand:

http://de.flopturnriver.com/Poker-Hand-KcKd-Ring-SB-1912817.php

cbetting Range OTF looks like BDFDs, Tx, 8x,6x most of the time for protection, 66,88,QJ, OVP

His Rasiing Range OTF: 12% (it looks pretty Value heavy here)
88,66 T8(50%) (i really dont know if hes calling T8o, or only suited),97s, QJ

I dont Think i want to 3b here because he looks so strong.
SO i call: 2P, OVP, Sets, J9,Top pairs (so we call about 48.5% of my total cbetting Range) So im allready overfolding right?

So this turn changes close to nothing for both of our ranges, except, that he dont barrel his BDFDs (if hes raising them OTF), so should we call all of our flop bet/calling hands?

and what to do on the river..

Thanks for youre thoughts guys.!

Ingame i thought also which hands could he call with - i didnt found that many, but check-folding with this holding looks pretty ugly.

thats why i picked the low sizing. to get some herocalls.

UTG: $121.94
MP: $114.75

Preflop ($1.50) Hero is SB with A Q
UTG raises to $2.00, MP folds, CO raises to $6.00, BN folds, Hero raises to $15.00, BB folds, UTG calls $13.00, CO calls $9.00
UTG unknown, CO wide 3bettor (88vs utg otb for example), so i 4b to get the pot pre, something unexpected that UTG calls the 4b. not sure about his range.
Flop ($46.00) 3 4 Q
Hero bets $14.42, UTG calls $14.42, CO folds
good flop for us so betting should mandatory
i still have no clue about UTG could call with some pp like JJ,QQ, KK,AQs, dont know if hes calling AxKs
Turn ($74.84) 3 4 Q K
Hero checks, UTG checks
turn decide to x/c because i really dont want to get blowed off
River ($74.84) 3 4 Q K A
Hero bets $23.87, UTG raises to $92.52 and is all in, Hero
river smallish valuebets against whatever :O
i mean what is he bluffing with? i really dont know and i feel like calling here is like burning money.
so what do you guys think?
tY!

Comment | Riqu93 commented on facing overbet on river

Why do you go down to 1/2psb on turn when the board gets drawy?

Maybe he saw that as kind of weakness

Dec. 21, 2015 | 11:51 a.m.

Normally we should fold 44 pre because we hit to rare our set and if we hit we arent getting all of the time the stack of sb especially if hes so nitty

Dec. 20, 2015 | 10:58 p.m.

If you bet the flop iwould bet the turn also.
I mean we pick up eq and out hand need some kind of protectiom against oesd with overs or w/e.

I would not x/c with this hand because we can not calldown multiple streets. Button has a lot if overs also who cam xb and see a free turn.

If we get raise on the turn. Mainly from 89s 88,99,44 we have to look on our odds

Dec. 20, 2015 | 10:30 p.m.

4x opening the limping mp.... and 3x bt vs co should be Standard

Comment | Riqu93 commented on NL25: cold 4b spot pre

Mp will noz reshove with QQ.. cold 4b vs utg+mp3b seems like a very strong hand and close to nobody on this limiz is bluffing against strong utg+mp ranges.

Bt not fullstacked so i would considering to raise to 10bucks to maybe get a call by mp?

I mean calling a cold4b is just bad with hands like kj aj kq so i dont like the turn shove. I mean he has often times aq qq jj type hands. Thoughts?

I would call any ace in the bb vs bt. But 3b is fine if he folds so much.

Maybe we can call the river? He can percieve you on any underpair cause we check 2x. What do you guys think?
